Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy describes how Oransel Industries, LLC ("Oransel Industries," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through this public financial-market technology website. It applies to website analytics, the contact form, technical Insights content, and links to third-party services. It does not describe data practices for a separately contracted client project, which may be covered by its own agreement.
Information You Choose to Submit
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. You may use the same form to ask about custom financial software, partnerships, or other services, or to make an optional FinTech investment submission. Your message may therefore include project requirements, company information, or other details you choose to provide.
Do not include trading-account credentials, payment-card details, government identification numbers, private keys, regulated customer data, or confidential information that you are not authorized to share. Sending a message does not create a confidential, advisory, client, or investment relationship.
Contact Form Processing
Contact submissions are sent from your browser to Web3Forms as a JSON request. Web3Forms processes the submitted fields so the inquiry can be delivered to us. The form also uses hCaptcha, through the Web3Forms client, to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Web3Forms and hCaptcha may process the form response and ordinary network or device information needed to provide and secure their services.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. If you do not want these providers to process a submission, do not use the contact form.
Google Analytics and Your Choice
Google Analytics is optional on this website. When your browser has no saved analytics choice, the site displays a consent prompt. If you decline, the site does not load Google Analytics. If you accept, the site loads Google's analytics script and configures it with IP anonymization enabled. Google Analytics may then set or read cookies or similar browser storage and process information such as page visits, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with the website.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under oi.consent.analytics.v1. It is used only to remember whether analytics was accepted or declined. Clearing this site's stored data may remove that choice and cause the prompt to appear again. You can also use browser controls to clear or block cookies and local storage, although doing so may affect preference persistence.
External Links
The website links to external sites, including LinkedIn and Facebook. Those services are not embedded social feeds; their sites receive information when you choose to follow a link. Other external links may appear in technical articles or service descriptions. Each third party controls its own privacy practices.
How We Use Information
- To receive, assess, and respond to software, business, partnership, and optional investment inquiries.
- To protect the contact form and website from spam, abuse, and technical disruption.
- To understand aggregate website use and improve public content when you have accepted Google Analytics.
- To comply with applicable obligations and protect our rights where reasonably necessary.
When Information Is Shared
Information is processed by the service providers described above when their relevant feature is used. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, and integrity of the website, our business, or others.
Retention and International Processing
Retention depends on the nature of an inquiry, whether a business discussion continues, and any applicable operational or legal need; this website does not publish a fixed deletion schedule. Analytics and service providers may retain information according to their own policies. Because these providers operate online services, information may be processed in countries other than the one from which you access the site.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to this public website and rely on the safeguards of our service providers. No internet transmission, browser storage, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit form submissions to information needed for us to understand and respond to your inquiry.
Your Choices and Requests
You may decline analytics in the consent prompt, clear the stored choice through your browser, or avoid the contact form and external links. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, or deletion. Use the contact form to make a privacy request and provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant submission. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy as the website, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest published version.
